We’ve had a lot to celebrate lately at Apple County Cider. Not only have we recently turned 3 –happy birthday to us! – but we’ve also won a couple of super snazzy awards…
The International Cider Challenge took place in April, but unfortunately the results were under embargo…until now! We’ve been bursting to tell you that we have been awarded 3 medals! Our scrummy range of fruit ciders were awarded bronze for design and packaging, Vilberie was awarded bronze in the dry cider category AND our Yarlington Mill won silver in the sweet cider category. Cheers to that!

Some of you may well have been out in the sunshine a few weeks ago enjoying drinks in the beautiful grounds of Caldicot Castle at the Welsh Perry & Cider Festival. Well, we certainly were…and we took some of our cider along with us. Our Dabinett sparkling won silver in the bottled cider category, and Yarlington Mill (proving rather popular this year) was awarded silver in the sweet draught cider category. What an incredible journey the last 3 years have been for us! We’ve celebrated a new brand launch, winning awards, developing new products, and becoming one of the premier craft cider producers in Wales – it has been amazing! We also feel very humble and privileged to live in such a beautiful area in the Welsh countryside. A huge thank you goes out to all of our wonderful customers for your continued support, and your support of other local artisan producers. We will be raising a glass of nice cold cider to you tonight 😊
